No single or partial exercise of any right shall preclude further exercise of that right or any other right. In case of conflict between this Agreement and other purchase terms, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Ling’s Lab reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined solely by Ling’s Lab.

You waive the right to litigate in court or participate in a class action. Either party may seek interim relief in a competent court to protect rights pending arbitration.

All legal costs incurred by the prevailing party may be recovered from the non-prevailing party.
