All orders are shipped from Singapore.

We use Ninja Van Singapore for all your shipping needs, excluding restricted areas. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number. You can track your order on the Ninja Van Singapore website.

Shipping Duration

Orders will be processed in 1 to 3 business days. Shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days, excluding processing time.

The time frames for our delivery are approximate and subject to variation due to factors such as campaign period, public holidays, potential courier delays, and other external influences, including severe weather conditions, which are outside of Ling's Lab's control. We appreciate your patience as we take the necessary steps to ensure your order is handled with the highest level of care.

Shipping Fee
Shipping fee (in Singapore dollars) will be automatically calculated at checkout once the destination and delivery service are selected.

How can I track the status of my parcel?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched, accompanied by a link to the appropriate tracking page. 

*Please note, it can take up to 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to become available on the courier's website.

For customers with a registered online profile, tracking information may also be accessed from within the Order History section of your account.
